Clay brick with high alkali corrosion resistance and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a clay brick with high alkali corrosion resistance and a preparation method of the clay brick. The clay brick is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 50 to 70 percent of clay clinker, 20 to 40 percent of bauxite clinker, 5 to 15 percent of white mud and 5 to 10 percent of phosphoric acid. The preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively weighing the clay clinker, the bauxite clinker and the white mud according to the weight percentage, performing dry mixing, adding part of phosphoric acid, and performing wet mixing to obtain a mud material; aging the pug, adding the residual phosphoric acid, carrying out wet mixing again, and carrying out compression molding by using a brick press to obtain a green brick; drying the green brick, firing in a kiln, taking out after firing, and immersing in a phosphoric acid pool to obtain a clay brick impregnated with phosphoric acid; and carrying out heat treatment on the clay brick impregnated with phosphoric acid to obtain the clay brick. According to the preparation method, vacuumizing is not needed when the green bricks are immersed in the phosphoric acid, the temperature of the clay bricks immersed in the phosphoric acid for heat treatment in a kiln does not need to be too high, the requirements for equipment and production conditions are low, and the alkali corrosion resistance of the clay bricks is improved.
