Hf6Ta2O17-based abradable seal coating and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to an Hf6Ta2O17-based abradable seal coating and a preparation method thereof, the Hf6Ta2O17-based abradable seal coating comprises a nickel-based high-temperature alloy substrate, a transition layer and a ceramic layer which are stacked, the ceramic layer comprises the following raw materials: Hf6Ta2O17 ceramic powder, a pore-forming agent and a lubricating phase, and the mass ratio of the Hf6Ta2O17 ceramic powder to the pore-forming agent to the lubricating phase is (88-92): (3-5): (3-7); the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing sprayable powder of the ceramic layer, preparing the nickel-based high-temperature alloy substrate-the transition layer, and spraying the ceramic layer on the surface of the nickel-based high-temperature alloy substrate-the transition layer by using a supersonic atmospheric plasma spraying technology to obtain the nickel-based high-temperature alloy substrate-the transition layer-the ceramic layer. The thickness of the ceramic layer is more than 200 [mu] m, and the preparation of the Hf6Ta2O17-based abradable sealing coating is completed; the coating has the characteristics of high service temperature, low possibility of cracking and stripping, simple preparation process, low abrasion loss and good thermal shock resistance.
一种Hf6Ta2O17基可磨耗封严涂层及其制备方法,包括层叠设置的镍基高温合金基底‑‑‑过渡层‑‑‑陶瓷层,所述的陶瓷层,其原料包括Hf6Ta2O17陶瓷粉体、造孔剂和润滑相,按质量比计,Hf6Ta2O17陶瓷粉体:造孔剂:润滑相=(88~92):(3~5):(3~7);制备方法为:制备陶瓷层可喷涂粉末,制备镍基高温合金基底‑‑‑过渡层,使用超声速大气等离子喷涂技术将陶瓷层喷涂在镍基高温合金基底‑‑‑过渡层表面,得到镍基高温合金基底‑‑‑过渡层‑‑‑陶瓷层,直至陶瓷层厚度为200μm以上,完成Hf6Ta2O17基可磨耗封严涂层的制备;本发明具有服役温度高、涂层不易开裂剥落、制备工艺简单、磨损量小、抗热震性能好的特点。
