The invention discloses a method for treating cracks of a semi-rigid base pavement. The method comprises the following steps: a, checking the cracks; d, after the high-strength elastic bonding grouting material of the lower base layer is completely solidified, grouting is conducted through the crack sealing hole, the part, located in the upper base layer, of the crack is completely filled, the injected grouting material must submerge the surface of the crack, and the part, located in the upper base layer, of the crack is filled with the grouting material; e, detecting the crack; and f, additionally arranging an anti-cracking paste on the surface of the crack, arranging a grouting seat in a crack sealing hole, injecting a sealing material to seal the crack, and finally, carrying out pavement asphalt surface layer paving construction to complete crack treatment. By means of the mode, the semi-rigid base pavement crack treatment method can rapidly block cracks, improve the repairing efficiency and ensure the integrity and continuity of a pavement structure.
