The invention relates to a horizontal tunnel anchoring main cable erecting method which comprises the steps that a temporary anchoring system is installed on a temporary anchoring face, a temporary cable scattering point is arranged, and a temporary cable scattering saddle is arranged at the temporary cable scattering point, so that the direction of the temporary cable scattering saddle is opposite to that of a reverse cable scattering saddle, and the temporary cable scattering point and a final cable scattering point are located on the same main cable line type; the main cable strand penetrates through the temporary cable scattering point to be anchored on the temporary anchoring system according to the first erecting sequence that the first reference cable strand is arranged first and the general cable strand is arranged later, the main cable strand is woven into a temporary cable scattering saddle, and the main cable strand comprises the reference cable strand and the general cable strand; and weaving the main cable strand into a reverse splay cable saddle according to a second erection sequence that the general cable strand is arranged first and the first reference cable strand is arranged later, and anchoring the main cable strand on the front anchor surface of the horizontal tunnel anchor. The orientation of the temporary splay cable saddle is opposite to that of the reverse splay cable saddle, and the temporary splay cable saddle positions the main cable strand, so that the line type of the main cable strand meets the design requirement before and after the main cable strand enters the reverse splay cable saddle.
