The invention discloses a method for improving the bearing capacity of a pile foundation by adopting pile end pressure grouting, which comprises the following steps of: drilling a hole in a pile body of a reinforced concrete cast-in-place pile from the top of the pile to a certain depth in a pile bottom stratum; a grouting pipe is lowered in the drill hole; cement paste is poured into the drilled hole of the pile body, and a hole between the grouting pipe and the drilled hole is sealed; and after the cement paste is solidified, injecting the cement paste to the bottom of the pile end under pressure to form a grouting solidified body with the soil body. According to the method, the physical and mechanical properties of the pile end soil are improved through cementing and compression compaction, and the method is economical, reasonable and advanced in technology in the aspect of improving the comprehensive bearing capacity of a constructed pile foundation through reinforcement treatment of the constructed pile foundation. Construction equipment is simple, the scale is small, the construction period is short, the effect is quick, the stress conditions of a pile end bearing layer and a rock-soil body around the pile end can be obviously improved, the comprehensive bearing capacity of a pile foundation is greatly improved, and the reinforcing depth can be large or small and is easy to control.
本发明公开了一种采用桩端压力注浆以达到提高桩基承载力的方法,包括:钢筋混凝土灌注桩桩身钻孔,从桩顶开始竖向钻孔直至桩底地层中一定深度;在钻孔内下放注浆管;向桩身钻孔内灌注水泥浆,封闭注浆管和钻孔间的孔隙;待水泥浆固化后向桩端底部压力注射水泥浆,与土体形成注浆固结体。本发明通过胶结和压缩挤密以达到改善和提高桩端土的物理力学性质,在已施工桩基的加固处理提高桩基综合承载力方面是一种经济合理、技术先进的方法。施工设备简单、规模小、工期短见效快,能明显改善桩端持力层和桩端周围岩土体受力条件,使桩基的综合承载力得到大幅提高,对于加固深度可深可浅,易于控制。
