The invention provides a foundation pit supporting and reinforcing method and a foundation pit supporting system.The foundation pit supporting and reinforcing system comprises a base plate and an inclined guard, the base plate is provided with piles used for connecting the base plate and a foundation pit, the inclined guard comprises inclined guard bodies and extension plates, the inclined guard bodies are hinged to the two sides of the base plate, and the extension plates are arranged on the inclined guard bodies; the extending plate is arranged at the end, away from the base plate, of the inclined protection body in a sleeving mode, and an anchor rod is arranged on the extending plate. The foundation pit supporting and reinforcing method comprises the following steps that firstly, a base plate is installed at the bottom of a foundation pit and fixed through piles; secondly, the supporting area of the inclined protection is adjusted according to the side wall condition of the foundation pit; thirdly, the angle between the inclined protection part and the base plate is adjusted according to the condition of the side wall of the foundation pit, so that the inclined protection part abuts against the side wall of the foundation pit; and fourthly, the inclined protection and the side wall of the foundation pit are fixed through anchor rods.
