The invention discloses a reconfigurable prefabricated building system which comprises a bottom layer, a top layer and transverse dimensions x defined by the bottom layer, the top layer and a supporting body, x = n * i, n is a natural number, and i is a preset basic modulus; the bottom layer comprises a floor, a plurality of ground grids, a ground main beam and a plurality of supporting short columns; the top layer comprises a roof panel, a plurality of roof grids and a roof main beam; the supporting body comprises a plurality of stand columns and a plurality of wall panels, the bottom of each stand column is connected to the bottom layer through a three-way connector bolt, the top of each stand column is connected to the top layer through a three-way connector bolt, and the bottom layer, the top layer and the supporting body define a closed space. Based on the above design, the scheme provided by the invention is more convenient, and the composition members of the building body can be effectively reused for multiple times, so that the implementation cost is effectively saved, the resource waste is avoided, and the carbon emission of the building is reduced.
