The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to an anti-seepage construction method and structure adaptable to deformation, and the method comprises the steps that an L-shaped concrete cover plate and a linear concrete cover plate are prefabricated; a first-type concrete cover plate is installed on the building structure and located on one side of the deformation structure; an L-shaped concrete cover plate is installed on the building structure and located on the other side of the deformation structure; waterproof roll laying is conducted on the whole building structure, and in the laying process, empty laying is conducted in an overlapping space formed between the L-shaped concrete cover plate and the linear concrete cover plate to form a U-shaped bend; the U-shaped bend is filled with a first flexible shaping filling block, and a waterproof protection layer is constructed on the outer side of the waterproof roll according to a conventional process. The L-shaped concrete cover plate and the I-shaped concrete cover plate are two parts which are mutually independent and form an overlapped space, so that the cover plates can synchronously deform along with a building structure, and the cover plates are prevented from being cracked due to deformation influence; the U-shaped bend forms a space amount for deformation of the waterproof coiled material along with the building structure, so that the waterproof coiled material is prevented from being cracked by tension.
