The support upper cover (1) is fixedly connected with an upper structure of the shock insulation layer, and the support bottom plate (8) is fixedly connected with a lower supporting structure of the shock insulation layer; the wedge-shaped sliding block (2) is arranged in the support upper cover (1), and a first wedge-shaped face (201) is formed on the inner side face of the wedge-shaped sliding block (2). The upper portion of the horizontal shock insulation assembly is installed in the support upper cover (1), a second wedge-shaped face (701) is formed on the outer side face of the horizontal shock insulation assembly, and the second wedge-shaped face (701) is connected with the first wedge-shaped face (201) in a sliding contact mode. The lower portion of the horizontal shock insulation assembly extends to the position below the support upper cover (1) and is fixedly connected with the support bottom plate (8). The problem that in the prior art, a friction pendulum support cannot reduce vertical seismic oscillation, and consequently the seismic isolation effect is poor can be solved.
