The invention relates to a fabricated thermal insulation enclosure wall body plate for a transformer substation in a severe cold region. The wall body plate comprises a metal shell and an internal composite core layer, the two sides of the metal shell are provided with tongue-and-groove structures which can be matched with each other. The composite core layer comprises a structural core layer, and a first reinforced core layer and a second reinforced core layer which are fixed on two sides of the structural core layer; the composite core layer is provided with filling sealing edges used for heat preservation and sound insulation on the two sides of the tongue-and-groove structure. And the first reinforced core layer and the second reinforced core layer are made of fire-resistant thermal insulation materials. The structural core layer is a foaming cement board. And the first reinforced core layer and the second reinforced core layer are any one of a rock wool board, a glass wool board, an expanded perlite insulation board or a ceramic fiber insulation board. The beneficial effects that the area of the wall body plate is large enough, and the heat preservation layer is thick enough are achieved.
