A fabricated thermal insulation bottom plate for a frozen soil area building relates to a thermal insulation bottom plate, the end parts of four edge rods (6) are fixedly connected to form a square edge, the lower parts of the four corners of the square edge are respectively provided with a corner support body, and the lower parts of the corner support bodies are planted in frozen soil; longitudinal supporting rods and transverse supporting rods which are distributed in a shape like a Chinese character'tian 'are arranged in the four edge rods, and a plurality of composite floors (1) are laid on the upper portion of each square opening to form a bottom plate. A thermal insulation layer formed by a plurality of square pipes (7) arranged side by side is arranged on the lower portion face of the bottom plate, groove plates (5) communicated with one another are arranged on the lower portions of the outer edges of the four edge rods, and the lowest position of a groove of each groove plate is connected with one end of a water pipe (2). Heat energy in a building on the upper portion of the composite floor cannot be conducted to frozen soil through the square pipes arranged in rows, molten snow water flowing down from the building cannot directly permeate into the frozen soil through the groove plates, and melting of a supporting foundation caused by the snow water around the building is effectively prevented.
