Water heating pipeline laying method
The invention provides a water heating pipeline laying method which comprises the following steps: forming a groove matched with the specification of a water heating pipe on a sand cement layer based on the specification of the water heating pipe; the water heating pipes are laid in the open grooves; and after the water heating pipes are laid, sand cement is backfilled to the grooves of the laid water heating pipes till the backfilled sand cement is flush with the original sand cement layer. Compared with the prior art, the construction method has the following advantages that the construction workload is small, only the grooves need to be machined in the sand cement layer and filled and leveled up, and the maintenance period is not needed. Less construction waste is generated, and the generated construction waste is about 1/5 of that of the first conventional process; the construction cost is low: compared with a first conventional process, the consumption of cement, stones and sand is greatly reduced, and the costs of materials, transportation, carrying and the like are saved; the construction period is short, and follow-up floor laying and other construction can be conducted after the water heating pipeline is laid; the water heating pipe is closer to the ground, and the heating effect is good; due to horizontal laying, clogging can be reduced to the maximum extent.
本发明提供一种水暖管路铺设方法,包括如下步骤:基于水暖管的规格,在砂灰层上开设匹配水暖管规格的槽;将水暖管铺设于开槽中;铺设完水暖管后,将砂灰回填至已铺设水暖管开槽处,直至回填砂灰与原砂灰层平齐。本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:施工工作量小,仅需在砂灰层加工沟槽并将沟槽填平,且不需要养护期。建筑垃圾少:产生的建筑垃圾约为第一种常规工艺的五分之一;施工成本低:相对第一种常规工艺,水泥、石子和沙子用量大大减少,节约了材料、运输、搬运等成本;施工周期短,水暖管路铺设后即可进行后续地板铺设等施工;水暖管更接近于地面,采暖效果好;水平铺设,能最大限度减少淤堵。
