Novel fixed offshore wind turbine combining gravity type foundation, jacket support and mixed tower drum
The invention discloses a novel fixed offshore wind turbine combining a gravity type foundation, a jacket support and a mixed tower drum, and belongs to the technical field of wind power generation. Wherein the bottom of each pile leg supported by the jacket is connected with the gravity type foundation through casing grouting, the jacket is supported on a seabed through the gravity type foundation, and the gravity type foundation is a precast concrete caisson; the concrete working bearing platform is arranged at the top of the jacket support; the mixing tower drum comprises a lattice type tower frame, a concrete conical drum type tower drum and a middle connecting flange; and the mixing tower tube penetrates into the concrete working bearing platform and is connected with the concrete working bearing platform. The gravity type foundation, the jacket support and the mixed tower drum are combined, the total steel consumption of an offshore wind turbine foundation structure and a supporting structure is reduced, the construction cost of the offshore wind turbine can be effectively reduced, meanwhile, the gravity type foundation and the jacket support are combined, the overall rigidity is large, and the anti-pulling bearing capacity is high; and the characteristics of high gravity center, large overturning moment and remarkable dynamic response of the offshore wind turbine can be better adapted.
一种重力式基础、导管架支撑和混合塔筒相结合的新型固定式海上风机,其属于风力发电技术领域。其中,导管架支撑各桩腿底部均通过套管灌浆连接重力式基础,通过重力式基础支撑在海床上,重力式基础为预制混凝土沉箱;混凝土工作承台布置在导管架支撑顶部;混合塔筒包括格构式塔架、混凝土锥筒型塔筒和中部连接法兰;混合塔筒贯入混凝土工作承台中,与混凝土工作承台相连接。本发明将重力式基础、导管架支撑和混合塔筒相结合,减少海上风机基础结构和支撑结构总用钢量,可以有效的降低海上风机建造成本,同时重力式基础与导管架支撑相结合,整体刚度大及抗拔承载能力强,能更好的适应海上风机重心高、倾覆力矩大及动力响应显著的特点。
