The system comprises a first hydraulic pump, a second hydraulic pump, an overflow valve, a quick-change valve, a quick-change oil cylinder, a first electric control reversing valve, a safety valve, a quick-change connector block, a clamping oil cylinder, a second electric control reversing valve, a proximity switch, an accessory and a hydraulic oil tank. When accessories such as a hydraulic breaking hammer and a milling machine needing hydraulic power are replaced, an operator does not need to get off the machine in the whole process, and hydraulic oil ways can be automatically changed while the accessories with different functions are rapidly replaced. The whole accessory replacement process is simple and convenient to operate, safe and reliable, the labor intensity is obviously reduced, and the working efficiency is improved; and on the other hand, on the basis of the structural characteristics of the split type quick-change frame, the connection sizes of the quick-change frames at the two ends can be matched and designed according to a specific complete machine and a specific machine tool, so that compatibility and universality of existing complete machine products and machine tool products are achieved, and the application range is further expanded.
