According to the invention, the arrangement requirements of anti-seismic I-type electrical equipment and cables can be met, the single-shell containment design can be adapted, the design height requirement of a third-generation nuclear power plant passive special safety system is met, and the overall layout of a third-generation nuclear power plant nuclear island is well adapted.
