The invention relates to the technical field of highways, in particular to a soft soil foundation high-fill highway embankment which comprises a roadbed, a plurality of reinforcing supporting pieces, a base surface layer and a side slope protection mechanism, the reinforcing supporting pieces are distributed in the length direction of the roadbed, the base surface layer is arranged on the reinforcing supporting pieces, and the side slope protection mechanism is connected to a side slope of the roadbed; the reinforcing supporting piece comprises a cement column, a cement table and connecting columns, the cement column is connected to the roadbed, the cement table is fixedly connected to the upper end of the cement column, the two sides of the cement table are connected with the connecting columns, and the upper end of the cement table is connected with the base surface layer.
