A one-way valve used for water inflow is arranged on the side wall of the water collecting and flow slowing box. A water outlet pipe is arranged on one side of the bottom of the water-collecting slow-flow box; every two adjacent ecological culture boxes are connected through a rope to form an ecological culture net capable of covering the hydro-fluctuation belt; one side, far away from the fixed shaft, of each water collection slow flow box is connected with an ecological culture box through a rope; a drip irrigation pipe is arranged in the ecological culture box; the drip irrigation pipe is connected with the water outlet pipe through a hose.
