A construction method for a loose and broken soil high slope ecological protection slope comprises the following construction steps that a, a top beam prefabricated section, a top beam prefabricated node section, a bottom beam prefabricated section, a bottom beam prefabricated node section, a longitudinal beam prefabricated section and a cross beam prefabricated section of a protection slope structure are prefabricated according to a design drawing, and a cast-in-place section formwork and a plant growing system are prepared; the slope protection structure is characterized in that top beams, cross beams, longitudinal beams and bottom beams are combined, spliced and arranged on the slope surface of a slope body to form a plurality of rectangular lattices; b, the slope surface is leveled, the sunken position of the slope surface is tightly filled with mortar rubbles, and a placement ditch of a slope protection structure is dug; c, performing anchor rod construction on the slope surface; d, connecting prefabricated sections are placed; e, a cast-in-place section formwork is laid at the joint; f, pouring concrete; g, the formwork is dismantled, and a pre-stressed anchor rod is tensioned and sealed; and h, the plant growing system is installed in the rectangular frame. According to the method, simple assembly connecting beam prefabricated parts and joint cast-in-place are combined for construction, the cast-in-place procedure is reduced while the overall stability is guaranteed, and the slope greening rate is also increased.
