The invention relates to the technical field of elevator energy conservation, and discloses an elevator energy feedback water pump water supply energy-saving system which comprises a traction wheel arranged in a building elevator shaft, a water tank arranged in a building water room and a reciprocating piston pump arranged in the building elevator shaft. The crank connecting rod transmission mechanism is arranged between the traction wheel and the reciprocating piston pump; the water supply system communicates with the suction end of the reciprocating piston pump and is used for supplying water to the water tank; the data monitoring module is arranged on the water supply system and is used for monitoring related data of the water supply system in a linkage manner; and the water supply assembly is arranged between the reciprocating piston pump and the water tank. The water supply energy-saving system for the energy feedback water pump of the elevator is provided for providing the water supply energy-saving system and method for the energy feedback water pump of the elevator so as to improve the utilization rate of feedback electric energy of the elevator.
