The invention relates to a dehydrator which comprises a water sealing cover, a stirring swing part, two rotating parts, a manual operation end and an automatic driving end. The stirring swing piece is provided with a rotating part and a swing arm which are connected with each other, and the rotating part can rotate forwards by a preset angle to enable the swing arm to adjust the water sealing cover to be in an open state. The two rotating parts are both coaxially and rotatably arranged relative to the rotating part, each rotating part is provided with an abutting-pushing part used for pushing the rotating part to rotate forwards, and the portion, pushed by the abutting-pushing part, of the rotating part is a stress part. The rotating part is further provided with two receding spaces, and the two receding spaces are distributed in the reverse rotation directions of the two stress parts correspondingly. The manual operation end and the automatic driving end are used for being in transmission connection with the two rotating pieces correspondingly so as to drive the rotating pieces to rotate forwards, and two cover opening modes are achieved. When one rotating piece pushes the rotating part to rotate forwards, the other rotating piece slides in the corresponding receding space and does not hinder the rotation of the rotating part, so that the adjusting process is smoother.
