The construction method comprises the steps that the size and typesetting mode of each formwork unit of the disassembly-free heat preservation formwork are determined, each formwork unit comprises a plurality of modularized cutting units, and a first hole site is formed in the center position of each cutting unit; the formworks are assembled on the construction site, and the outer formworks of the outer wall are spliced through the formwork units according to a preset typesetting mode; a first heat preservation connecting piece is installed in the first hole site, a split bolt is installed, and the split bolt penetrates through the axial through hole; and concrete is poured, after the strength of the concrete meets the requirement, the split bolts are dismantled, and the outer formwork is fixed to the outer wall structure through the first heat preservation connecting pieces. According to the construction method, the split bolt is combined with the hole site of the first heat preservation connecting piece, the number of holes in the non-dismantling heat preservation formwork can be reduced, the values of the holes in the formwork in different stages are fully utilized, the hole site arrangement of the holes is more reasonable, and the strength, rigidity and heat preservation performance of the formwork can be guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种外墙免拆保温模板施工方法,包括:确定免拆保温模板的各模板单元的尺寸及排版方式,所述模板单元包括若干模数化的裁剪单元,每一个裁剪单元的中心位置处开设第一孔位;在施工现场组装模板,外墙的外模板采用所述的模板单元按预设排版方式进行拼接;在第一孔位中安装第一保温连接件,并安装对拉螺栓,对拉螺栓穿过所述轴向通孔;浇筑混凝土,待混凝土强度达到要求后,拆除对拉螺栓,外模板通过第一保温连接件固定在外墙结构上。该施工方法将对拉螺栓与第一保温连接件孔位合并,能够减少免拆保温模板上开孔数量,并充分利用模板上的孔洞在不同阶段的价值,且开孔孔位布设更为合理,能够保证模板强度、刚度、保温性能。
