A desulfurized rubber anti-skid base with patterns is installed at the bottom end of the lower sleeve, the lower sleeve is sleeved with the upper sleeve, four guide rails are installed between the upper sleeve and the lower sleeve for vertical displacement, a telescopic sealing ring and a waterproof sealing ring are arranged at the joint of the upper sleeve and the lower sleeve, and downward turned edges are arranged on the periphery of the support fixing plate. The curled edges on the periphery of the support fixing plate are reinforced, and the steel bar grooves are formed in the middles of the curled edges, so that the support can be located on a formwork or a laminated slab through gaps among the steel bars, the support cannot be crushed or the steel bars cannot deviate, meanwhile, the steel bar distance and the thickness of a protective layer are guaranteed, and the support can be suitable for cast-in-place concrete with different thicknesses.
