The invention discloses a 3D printing concrete reinforcing formwork and a reinforcing method, formwork units of the reinforcing formwork are 3D printing ultra-high performance concrete units, every two adjacent formwork units are spliced through a combined structure which is seamlessly matched with each other, and fastening holes are formed in the positions, corresponding to the combined structures, of the two formwork units in a penetrating mode. The fastening structural parts are connected to the fastening holes to fasten and connect the two formwork units and seal the fastening holes so as to prevent concrete slurry leakage when the ultra-high performance concrete bonding reinforcing layer is poured subsequently. The formwork reinforcing method comprises the steps that reinforcing steel bars are implanted into the surface of a to-be-reinforced structure, a reinforcing mesh is erected, formwork units are spliced at the position of the to-be-reinforced structure to form a reinforcing formwork, a cavity layer is reserved between the reinforcing formwork and the position of the to-be-reinforced structure, and ultra-high-performance concrete is poured into the cavity layer to form a bonding reinforcing layer; the method has the advantages of being excellent in durability, easy and fast to construct and manufacture, high in reinforcing strength, high in environmental adaptability and capable of adapting to various special-shaped structural parts.
