A plurality of horizontal FRP bars are arranged on the wall faces of the two sides of a pre-reinforced brick masonry wall at intervals, a plurality of FRP constructional columns are arranged on the two side faces of the pre-reinforced brick masonry wall at intervals, and the FRP constructional columns are arranged at the positions, smaller than 4 m away from reinforced concrete constructional columns, of the pre-reinforced brick masonry wall with the reinforced concrete constructional columns at the initial end; for the pre-reinforced brick masonry wall without the reinforced concrete constructional column at the initial end, the FRP constructional column is arranged from the initial end; and after the FRP constructional columns are arranged, the wall surfaces on the two sides are coated with high-toughness concrete surface layers, fiber nets are laid on the walls, and then the wall surfaces are coated with the high-toughness concrete surface layers. Therefore, the problems that in the prior art, a brick masonry wall is fragile, prone to shear failure and poor in anti-seismic property and integrity are solved. The constraint performance and the overall performance of the wall body are enhanced, the stable vertical load bearing capacity is achieved, meanwhile, part of earthquake energy is consumed, and earthquake damage to the wall body is reduced.
一种高韧性混凝土复合纤维网组合植筋砖砌体墙及其施工方法,属土木工程技术领域。在预加固砖砌体墙的两侧墙面上间隔设置多条水平FRP筋,并在预加固砖砌体墙两侧面上间隔设置多个FRP构造柱,对始端有钢筋混凝土构造柱的预加固砖砌体墙,距离有钢筋混凝土构造柱小于4m处开始设置FRP构造柱;对始端无钢筋混凝土构造柱的预加固砖砌体墙,从始端开始设置FRP构造柱;在设置完成FRP构造柱后的两侧墙面上涂覆高韧性混凝土面层,并满墙铺设纤维网,之后再涂覆高韧性混凝土面层。从而解决了现有技术中砖砌体墙的易脆性、易剪切破坏、抗震性能及整体性差的问题。加强了墙体的约束和整体性能,具有稳定的承受竖向荷载的能力,同时消耗部分地震能量,减轻了对墙体的震害。
