A viewing platform structure based on bionics comprises a base, a first hollow supporting column is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the base, a fence and an annular planting groove are arranged at the top of the base, a plurality of second hollow supporting columns are arranged on the outer side of the first hollow supporting column, and circular planting grooves are formed in the tops of the second hollow supporting columns. The circular planting grooves are formed in the outer side of the annular planting groove, a first annular friction wheel is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the annular planting groove, a second annular friction wheel is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the circular planting groove, the rotatable annular planting groove is formed in the base, and meanwhile the circular planting grooves are further formed in the periphery of the annular planting groove. When tourists stand on the base for viewing, the annular planting grooves and the circular planting grooves drive flowers and plants planted in the annular planting grooves and the circular planting grooves to rotate, the viewing effect is greatly improved, and compared with a traditional fixed viewing platform, the overall viewing space utilization rate of the viewing platform is increased.
