The invention discloses a reversing valve (10) of a closestool. The reversing valve (10) comprises a reversing valve body (12) and a reversing rotor (14). A reversing cavity (122), a water inlet pipeline (124), an upper flushing pipeline (126) and a lower flushing pipeline (128) are formed in the reversing valve body, and the water inlet pipeline (124), the upper flushing pipeline (126) and the lower flushing pipeline (128) are communicated with the reversing cavity. The reversing rotor is rotationally arranged in the reversing cavity and can be switched to an upper flushing position or a lower flushing position so that liquid in the water inlet pipeline can be drained to the upper flushing pipeline or the lower flushing pipeline. The reversing valve body can further form an exhaust channel (129) communicated with the upper flushing pipeline and the lower flushing pipeline, and when the reversing rotor is located at the upper flushing position, gas in the lower flushing pipeline can be exhausted into the upper flushing pipeline through the exhaust channel under the negative pressure effect caused by water flow in the upper flushing pipeline. According to the structure, when upper flushing is switched to lower flushing, the water outlet time of gas-liquid mixing can be shortened, and water outlet noise is eliminated. The invention further provides a closestool.
