The invention discloses glaze with imitated metal light sensation and application of the glaze in preparation of ceramic tiles with high fidelity and imitated metal light sensation. The glaze comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 58-75 parts of basic glaze, 16-25 parts of a liquid pearling agent, 1-2 parts of pigment, 2-5 parts of sodium chloride and 6-10 parts of a suspension solvent. According to the liquid pearling agent in the glaze disclosed by the invention, the surface of the natural mica powder with low refractive index is accurately coated with nano-scale particles of titanium dioxide, nickel oxide and zinc oxide with high refractive index through a series of chemical reactions, and when light irradiates the surface of the liquid pearling agent, the light is reflected and refracted by multiple layers, so that the pearling effect is improved. Therefore, the ceramic tile sprayed with the glaze has high-fidelity metal-like luster. Besides, in the ceramic tile firing process, sodium chloride in the glaze seeps and volatilizes and floats on the surface of a green body to form a glass thin layer, the effects of moisture resistance, corrosion resistance and pigment oxidation discoloration resistance are achieved on the ceramic tile, and the preparation cost of the ceramic tile is saved.
本发明公开了一种具有仿金属光感的釉料及其在制备高逼真度的仿金属光感的瓷砖中的应用。所述釉料原料按重量计包括:基础釉料58‑75份、液体珠光剂16‑25份、颜料1‑2份、氯化钠2‑5份、悬浮溶剂6‑10份。本发明所述釉料中的液体珠光剂通过在低折射指数的天然云母粉表面经一系列的化学反应,精确包覆高折射指数的纳米级粒子二氧化钛、氧化镍、氧化锌,当光线照射到其表面时,光线经过多层反射、折射,从而使喷淋上釉料后的瓷砖具有高逼真度的仿金属光泽。此外,在瓷砖烧制过程中,釉料中的氯化钠渗出挥发,浮在坯体表面形成一层玻璃质薄层,对瓷砖起防潮防腐蚀、防颜料氧化变色的作用,节约了瓷砖的制备成本。
