The invention discloses a method for preparing cement clinker by using industrial solid waste and steel slag, and belongs to the technical field of building materials, and the method comprises the following steps: step 1, metering and weighing coal gasification slag by using first metering equipment; step 2, metering and weighing the steel slag by using second metering equipment; 3, gathering the coal gasification slag prepared in the step 1 and the steel slag prepared in the step 2 according to a preset feeding ratio and a preset feeding amount; 4, conveying the coal gasification slag and the steel slag collected in the step 3 to a kiln tail smoke chamber through conveying equipment; 5, mixing the coal gasification slag, the steel slag and the decomposed raw material under the action of airflow in the furnace to obtain a first mixture; and step 6, feeding the first mixture into a rotary kiln, and calcining according to a preset temperature to obtain the cement clinker, thereby achieving the technical effect of coupling utilization of the industrial solid waste with high added value.
