The desulfurized gypsum and the soluble aluminum salt are added into the slag, the activity of the slag powder is greatly improved, the content of CaO in the slag powder can be increased by adding the desulfurized gypsum, the mass coefficient K is increased, and the content of sulfate in the slag powder can be adjusted. According to the formula provided by the invention, the activity of the slag powder can be improved under the condition of low cost, the S95 slag powder is prepared from the slag with the mass coefficient K range of 1.5-1.6, and the application range of the slag powder is expanded.
本发明涉及矿渣粉制备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种高活性矿渣粉及其制备方法。高活性矿渣粉包括如下质量分数的原料:矿渣91.88‑93.90%,脱硫石膏6‑8%,可溶性铝盐0.1‑0.12%;上述各组分的重量百分含量之和为100%。本发明通过向矿渣中添加脱硫石膏以及可溶性铝盐,大幅提高了矿渣粉的活性,添加脱硫石膏能够补充矿渣粉中CaO的含量,提高质量系数K,还能够调整矿渣粉中硫酸盐的含量。本发明提供的配方能够在低成本的情况下提高矿渣粉活性,采用质量系数K范围为1.5‑1.6的矿渣制备S95矿渣粉,扩大了矿渣粉的适用范围。
