The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, in particular to a concrete mixing plant waste slurry water recycling process which comprises the following steps: (1) feeding concrete mixing plant waste slurry water into a hydrocyclone for treatment to obtain settled slurry and overflow slurry water; (2) carrying out filter pressing treatment on the settled pulp to obtain filter residues and filter-pressed pulp water; mixing the filter residues and coal gangue powder, roasting in a roasting furnace, cooling to room temperature along with the furnace, and carrying out ball milling to obtain roasted powder; (3) mixing the overflow slurry and the filter-pressed slurry, adjusting the pH value to 8-8.5, adding a dispersing agent, and stirring and dispersing to obtain slurry treatment liquid; the dispersing agent is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 95-100% of a polycarboxylic acid dispersing agent and 0-5% of a dispersing aid; (4) preparing concrete from the roasted powder and the slurry water treatment liquid; according to the method, all the waste slurry water can be recycled in a short time, and the method has a good application effect during concrete preparation.
