The invention belongs to the technical field of waste brick recycling, and particularly relates to a waste brick high-quality utilization method which comprises the following steps: step 1, raw material selection: selecting clay bricks with proper sizes, and then cleaning the surfaces of the clay bricks; step 2, raw material pretreatment: putting the cleaned clay bricks into a crusher for crushing, and then grinding the crushed materials through a ball mill; 3, deironing and homogenizing: deironing and homogenizing the ground raw materials to obtain regenerated particles with different particle sizes; 4, proportioning a castable, namely preparing the castable by taking first-grade alumina powder, silicon dioxide micro powder and activated aluminum oxide micro powder as fine powder, quartz particles as an expanding agent, cement as a binding agent and an additional water reducing agent; the acid-resistant spray coating MS takes first-grade alumina powder and coking clay as fine powder and quartz particles as an expanding agent, the structure is reasonable, in the using process, environment pollution can be prevented, meanwhile, large economic benefits can be generated, and more energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved.
