The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out thin-passing on natural fibers and butylbenzene fibers on an open mill, uniformly coating rollers, plastifying, adding a premixed and crushed mixture of white carbon black and 2, 4-pyrazolone, which accounts for 3.8-4.5% of the total weight of the fibers, packing triangularly, uniformly mixing, and batching off; sequentially adding the active iron oxide, the sodium stearate, the anti-aging agent, the guanazole and the methyl oleate, adjusting the roller spacing to be small, carrying out thin-passing on a rubber material, then carrying out triangular package, adjusting the roller spacing to be large, and discharging a sheet; after the rubber material is stopped, remilling on an open mill, and batching off; and adding sulfur into the sizing material, vulcanizing on a plate vulcanizing machine, brushing at normal temperature after demolding, and solidifying to obtain the modified fiber layer. The invention aims to improve the compactness of the fiber layer and enhance the waterproof effect, the water flux is effectively reduced by improving the compactness of the fiber layer, and the waterproof effect of the fiber layer and the waterproof material is improved.
本发明提供一种适用于古建筑修复的防水涂料的制备方法,涉及建筑防水材料技术领域。包括制备改性纤维层、粘附和制备防水材料步骤;将天然纤维与丁苯纤维在开炼机上薄通并均匀包辊,塑炼后加入纤维总重3.8~4.5%经预混合并粉碎的白炭黑与2,4‑吡唑啉酮的混合物,打三角包混匀后下片;依次加入活性氧化铁、硬脂酸钠、防老剂、胍唑、油酸甲酯,调小辊距至,将胶料薄通后再打三角包,调大辊距,出片;胶料停放后,在开炼机上返炼,下片;胶料中加入硫黄,在平板硫化机上硫化,出模后常温涂刷,后凝固即得改性纤维层。本发明目的提高纤维层的致密程度,增大隔水作用,纤维层致密程度的提高有效降低了水通量,提高了纤维层与隔水材料的防水效果。
