And a to-be-cut steel pipe pile is sleeved with the bottom opening of the sleeve from top to bottom, so that the conical steel pipe section is cut into the riverbed, and a dry area working face is formed below the riverbed surface. The invention further discloses an auxiliary device for cutting the steel pipe pile under the riverbed.
