The invention provides a water storage and supply system based on river sand gravel grading adjustment, and relates to the technical field of hydraulic engineering, the system comprises a submerged dike, a water storage unit, a water collection, water delivery and sand blocking unit and a water delivery branch pipeline; the water storage unit is used for storing rainwater and flood infiltrated from a river and conveying a part of stored water into the water collecting, water conveying and sand blocking unit arranged at the downstream of each group of water storage functional areas through a water conveying and sand discharging pipeline; the water collecting, conveying and sand blocking unit is used for blocking part of fine sand in upstream underground stored water, and under the condition that the control valve is opened, the stored water in the water collecting, conveying and sand blocking unit and part of the fine sand flow out through the water conveying and sand discharging pipeline and the water conveying branch pipeline. By means of the technical scheme, the underground water storage function of river bed rain flood is achieved, meanwhile, fine sand permeating into the ground can be intercepted and discharged, and it is ensured that the water storage unit can keep the good water storage capacity for a long time.
