The invention provides a garbage disposer which comprises a mounting base, a fixed grinding disc and a movable grinding disc, the fixed grinding disc and the movable grinding disc are arranged in the mounting base, the fixed grinding disc is annularly arranged on the outer edge of the movable grinding disc and comprises a plurality of fixing pieces distributed around the circumference, and a slag discharging channel is formed between every two adjacent fixing pieces; the movable grinding disc comprises a middle disc body and a blade body arranged below the middle disc body, cutting teeth are annularly arranged on the edge of the blade body, the cutting teeth are located in the area below the fixed piece, and a first slag discharging gap is formed between the upper plane of each cutting tooth and the bottom of the fixed piece; and a second slag discharging gap is formed between the middle disc body and the inner wall of the fixing piece. By means of the kitchen waste cutting and crushing device, the kitchen waste cutting and crushing efficiency can be improved, and meanwhile accumulation of fibrous matter waste in kitchen waste in the processor can be reduced.
