The invention provides a pump washing water discharging device which comprises a water discharging pipeline, a water pump, a water pump and a water pump, the water discharging pipeline is arranged in a building in the mode of extending in the vertical direction, and the upper end of the water discharging pipeline extends to the position above the top of a corresponding construction floor through an avoiding opening; the funnels are arranged on the tops of the corresponding construction floors, material passing channels allowing pump washing water to pass through are formed in the funnels, and outlets of the material passing channels communicate with the upper ends of the drainage pipelines; the first filtering structure is arranged at the outlet of the material passing channel or above the outlet of the material passing channel, and the first filtering structure is used for intercepting aggregate in the pump washing water; the water collector is located below the lower end of the drainage pipeline, a water inlet, a water collecting tank and a water outlet are formed in the water collector, the water inlet and the water outlet are both communicated with the water collecting tank, and the water inlet is communicated with the lower end of the drainage pipeline. The drainage pipeline cannot be damaged, so that the drainage pipeline can be recycled, and the cost can be reduced.
