A cast-in-place concrete floor thickness control device comprises a cylindrical main body made of concrete, the cylindrical main body is vertically arranged, a steel bar net rack is arranged in the cylindrical main body, and two strip-shaped steel bars which are arranged at intervals up and down are arranged in the cylindrical main body; the two ends of the two strip-shaped steel bars both exceed the cylindrical body, the middle points of the two strip-shaped steel bars in the length direction both pass through the central axis of the cylindrical body, the middles of the two strip-shaped steel bars are both bound or welded to the steel bar net rack, and at least two vertically-arranged threaded sleeves are embedded in the lower side of the cylindrical body. The threaded sleeve is vertically arranged, the lower side is open, the upper side is sealed, the lower end of the sleeve is flush with the lower side of the cylindrical main body, the lower side of the threaded sleeve is screwed with a cone with a vertically downward tip, and the cone is provided with a through hole horizontally penetrating through the cone. The thickness of the floor slab can be effectively controlled, and internal steel bars can be prevented from being pressed and deformed.
