Comprising a bottom plate, a moving plate, a turnover mechanism and a moving mechanism, a rack is fixedly connected to the top of the bottom plate, sliding grooves are formed in the positions, located on the two sides of the rack, in the bottom plate, and four guide wheels are installed on the lower surface of the moving plate; a first notch and a second notch are formed in the top of the movable plate. According to the scheme, the first inserting plate and the second inserting plate are finally used for limiting and positioning the first clamping pin and the second clamping pin in a free matching mode, and therefore the motor rotating clockwise can be used for achieving random turning-over movement towards the left side and the right side of the turning-over plate; when the overturning plate completes overturning auxiliary installation of the prefabricated plate, a motor rotates anticlockwise, a first bevel gear can be controlled to be meshed with a second bevel gear to conduct linkage rotation motion, and therefore a driving gear can be controlled to rotate on a rack in a meshed mode, and a whole moving plate can be controlled to drive a whole overturning mechanism to conduct whole station movement.
本发明提供一种装配式建筑安装设备。包括底板、移动板、翻转机构和移动机构,所述底板的顶部固定连接有齿条,所述底板的内部且位于齿条的两侧开设有滑槽,所述移动板的下表面安装有导轮,且导轮的数量为四个;所述移动板的顶部分别开设有第一槽口和第二槽口。该方案最终实现第一插板和第二插板来对第一卡销和第二卡销进行自由搭配的限位定位,故此采用顺时针旋转的电机可以实现对翻板进行向左侧和向右侧的任意翻转运动;翻板完成对预制板的翻转辅助安装时,电机逆时针旋转时则可以控制第一斜齿轮啮合控制第二斜齿轮进行联动旋转运动,从而可以控制驱动齿轮在齿条上啮合转动,故此可以控制整个移动板带动整个翻转机构进行整体工位的移动。
