The invention discloses a charging pile and a snow sweeping system.The charging pile comprises a charging mechanism, a telescopic mechanism and a fixing base, the charging mechanism comprises a charging head connected with a power source assembly, the charging head is used for electrically making contact with a charging module, and the telescopic mechanism is fixedly connected with the charging head and used for driving the charging head to make contact with the charging module in the horizontal direction; the fixing base is used for fixing the telescopic mechanism, and a positioning device used for being coupled with the charging module is further arranged in the fixing base. According to the charging pile and the snow sweeping system, the snow sweeping robot is guided to travel to the charging position through the positioning device, the charging head is driven to do telescopic motion through the telescopic mechanism to complete electric contact with the charging module, and therefore automatic charging of the snow sweeping robot is achieved.
