The invention discloses a phosphogypsum curing agent based on a cement-based material and a cement-based roadbed material adopting the phosphogypsum curing agent. The phosphogypsum curing agent based on the cement-based material is prepared by mixing four fixed components including sodium polyacrylate, polyvinyl alcohol, 1, 2, 3, 4 butanetetracarboxylic acid and a water reducing agent with any more than one of three components including polyethylene glycol, calcium lignosulphonate and a silane coupling agent; the ardealite curing agent is applied to ardealite roadbed filler. After the phosphogypsum curing agent based on the cement-based material disclosed by the invention is doped into phosphogypsum, the problem of short rolling forming time can be solved, internal maintenance can be performed on a structure, and extra internal water is provided to ensure a proper hydration effect; the pollution of the cured improved ardealite to the surrounding environment is reduced, and the improved ardealite has relatively good water stability and relatively high strength.
本发明公开了一种基于水泥基材料的磷石膏固化剂及采用其的水泥基路基材料。本发明所述基于水泥基材料的磷石膏固化剂包括聚丙烯酸钠、聚乙烯醇、1,2,3,4丁烷四羧酸、减水剂四种固定组分和聚乙二醇、木质素磺酸钙、硅烷偶联剂三种组分中任意一种以上混合;该磷石膏固化剂应用于磷石膏路基填料中。本发明所述基于水泥基材料的磷石膏固化剂掺入磷石膏中后,能够解决碾压成型时间短的问题,并且会对结构进行内部养护,提供额外内部水以确保适当水合作用,使固化后的改良磷石膏对周围环境污染减少且具有较好的水稳定性和较高的强度。
