The antibacterial plastic-wood material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 to 40 parts of wood flour, 2 to 6 parts of isopropoxy tri (dioctyl pyrophosphate acyloxy) titanate, 30 to 40 parts of high-density polyethylene, 20 to 30 parts of linear low-density polyethylene, 10 to 30 parts of functional filler and 0.35 to 1.2 parts of plastic antibacterial agent. The invention also provides a preparation method of the composition. Compared with the prior art, the antibacterial plastic-wood material prepared by the invention has the advantages of good hydrophobicity, good antibacterial property, good flame retardance and the like.
