A swing type toothed rail turnout heel end structure comprises a swing toothed rail, a bottom plate and a rotating seat, a circular groove is formed in the upper end of the bottom plate, a threaded hole is formed in the center of the circular groove, a first limiting groove is formed in the upper end of the rotating seat, a circular boss matched with the circular groove is arranged at the lower end of the rotating seat, and a cylindrical hole is formed in the center of the circular boss; the rotating seat is arranged on the bottom plate, the circular boss is inserted into the circular groove in a small-gap mode, a bolt pin penetrates through the cylindrical hole to be in threaded connection with the threaded hole, and the rotating seat is rotationally connected to the bottom plate; the lower portion of the heel end of the swing rack rail is clamped in the first limiting groove, and the heel end of the swing rack rail is fixed in the first limiting groove in the mode that a first bolt pair penetrates through the rotating base and the swing rack rail. The heel end of the swing rack rail adopts a pivot rotating structure, so that the structure is simplified, the reliability is improved, and the installation is convenient.
