The method comprises the steps that firstly, a steel box girder incremental launching construction device is installed; 2, the jacking height of the steel box girder is adjusted; 3, limiting adjustment in the jacking process of the steel box girder; and fourthly, guiding adjustment is conducted in the jacking process of the steel box girder. The V-shaped rod and the adjusting device are designed, the applicability of the device during use is improved, the pushing device is designed, the situation that the steel box girder moves when being jacked up, and consequently the precision of the steel box girder during installation is affected is prevented, meanwhile, the applicability of the device during use is improved, and the use safety of the device is improved. The problems that the applicability is poor when the device is used, and the precision is poor when the steel box girder is installed are effectively solved.
