The invention relates to a wireless remote control hydraulic drive marking cleaning vehicle which comprises a supporting frame assembly and a cleaning assembly. The cleaning assembly comprises a high-pressure water rotary flushing mechanism and a vacuum pollution discharge mechanism; the cleaning assembly is located between the front wheels and the rear wheels. The high-pressure water rotating flushing mechanism comprises a second hydraulic motor, an output shaft of the second hydraulic motor is connected with a driving wheel, and the upper portion of a driven wheel is coaxially connected with a rotating body; the vacuum sewage discharging mechanism comprises a cleaning disc and a vacuum baffle, and a gap is reserved between the cleaning disc and the vacuum baffle and used for pumping sewage. The invention has the following advantages: through wireless remote control, the first hydraulic motor is controlled by the hydraulic controller to drive the support frame assembly, so that the labor is saved, and the personnel safety is ensured; the hydraulic controller controls the hydraulic cylinder to drive the front wheels to steer; and waste water and sundries can be extracted and discharged, so that the road can be always clean, and the influence on traffic is avoided.
