The invention discloses an orifice filling method for construction of a vibro-replacement gravel pile machine for an ultra-deep covering layer of an ultra-strong seismic zone, which comprises the following steps: after a gravel pile hole is formed through vibro-replacement hole-forming construction of a vibro-replacement device, arranging a filling device with a weighing element at an orifice of the gravel pile hole, and aligning a feeding opening of the filling device to the orifice; the gravel filler is placed into a filler device with a weighing element through a loading machine, and the weight of the gravel filler is obtained and stored; and the gravel filler with the obtained weight is directly thrown into the gravel pile hole through a feeding opening of the filler device aligned with the hole opening, and the vibroflotation device is used for conducting vibroflotation on the gravel filler to form the vibroflotation gravel pile. According to the method, weighing and throwing of the gravel filler are completed in one step, it is guaranteed that the weight of the gravel filler thrown into the gravel pile hole meets the requirement, and the safety of the vibro-replacement gravel pile under strong shock is guaranteed.
