The invention discloses a vibroflotation method capable of realizing effective pile diameter of a gravel pile, which comprises the following steps: controlling water-air linkage of a vibroflotation gravel pile machine comprising a telescopic guide rod and a vibroflotation device to quickly finish vibroflotation construction of a gravel pile hole; the gravel filler is placed in the gravel pile hole, and a vibroflot conducts vibroflot densification on the gravel filler around the vibroflot; when the vibroflot carries out vibroflot encryption on the surrounding gravel filler, a flow velocity sensor arranged in a shell of the vibroflot generates a real-time electric signal corresponding to the amplitude of the vibroflot; and according to the real-time electric signal generated by a flow velocity sensor arranged in a vibroflot, vibroflot encryption of the vibroflot is controlled, so that the pile diameter of a gravel pile formed by gravel filled in the gravel pile hole is equal to the effective pile diameter.
