The method comprises the steps that a detection element used for detecting deflection parameters of a vibro-replacement device is installed on a shock absorber or a guide rod; a pipeline used for supplying sewage penetrates through the vibroflot and then extends out of the bottom end of the vibroflot; in the vibroflotation construction process of the vibroflotation device, the perpendicularity of the vibroflotation device is controlled according to the vibroflotation device deflection parameters detected by the detection element; when the perpendicularity of the vibroflot reaches a specified perpendicularity range, the vibroflot controls the flow of supplied sewage according to the current stratum compactness to carry out vibroflot pore-forming construction; and after pore-forming construction is completed, the vibrator carries out vibro-replacement on the gravel filler put into the gravel pile, and the vibro-replacement gravel pile with the effective pile diameter is formed.
