The pile vibrating assembly is connected with the moving end of the telescopic arm so as to move relative to the rotary table. According to the surface cleaning and piling equipment disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the operation assembly comprising the shaping assembly, the dadoing assembly and the pile vibrating assembly is arranged, so that the surface cleaning and piling equipment disclosed by the embodiment of the invention can finish leveling operation, pile vibrating operation and dadoing operation, and the functions are integrated; and the operation efficiency of the surface cleaning and piling equipment is greatly improved.
