The invention provides an assembly type prestressed arch plate foundation pit supporting system and a construction method thereof.The assembly type prestressed arch plate foundation pit supporting system comprises a plurality of parallel supporting stand columns, the supporting stand columns are vertically inserted into the boundary of a foundation pit, arch baffles are fixedly installed between the adjacent supporting stand columns, the camber direction of the arch baffles faces the outside of the foundation pit, and prestressed steel cables penetrate through the arch baffles; the prestress steel cables are used for providing prestress for the arched baffles. The supporting stand columns are inserted into the soil firstly, the supporting stand columns are smaller than reinforced concrete sheet piles in size, a static hydraulic pile driver can be adopted when the supporting stand columns are inserted into the soil downwards, construction noise is low, the supporting stand columns are inserted into the soil downwards, vibration is low, disturbance to the soil is low, and then the soil between the supporting stand columns is dug out; the arch-shaped baffle is fixed between the two supporting stand columns through the prestress steel cables, hammering is not needed, vibration and noise are avoided, meanwhile, the whole foundation pit supporting system is in an arc shape facing the outside of a foundation pit, prestress is applied, and the foundation pit supporting system has a good supporting effect on the foundation pit.
本发明提供一种装配式预应力拱形板基坑支护体系及其施工方法,包括若干相互平行的支撑立柱,支撑立柱竖直的插在基坑的边界上,相邻的支撑立柱之间固定安装有拱形挡板,拱形挡板的拱度方向朝向基坑外,预应力钢索贯穿拱形挡板,预应力钢索用于为拱形挡板提供预应力。本申请通过先将支撑立柱插入土中,由于支撑立柱较钢筋混凝土板桩的体积较小,其向下插入土中可采用静力液压打桩机,施工噪音较低,由于其是向下插入土中,振动较低,对土壤扰动较低,然后挖出支撑立柱之间的泥土,将拱形挡板通过预应力钢索固定在两支撑立柱之间,无需锤击、无震动、无噪音,同时整个基坑支护体系呈朝向基坑外的弧形且施加预应力,对基坑有很好的支护作用。
