The pre-tightening device comprises a cylinder and a plane bearing, one end of the cylinder is open, and a cavity is formed in the cylinder; a positioning hole, a glue injection hole and an exhaust hole are formed in the bottom surface of the column body; the FPR rib is arranged in the through hole of the anchor ring, the through hole of the clamping piece and the positioning hole in a penetrating manner; a protruding annular baffle is arranged on the inner wall of the open end of the cylinder, the plane bearing is arranged on the outer side of the baffle, and a tightening ring of the plane bearing is fixedly connected with the end face of the open end of the cylinder. The pre-tightening device is in threaded connection with the outer sleeve, and a loose ring of the plane bearing is in contact with the end face of the anchor ring. The FRP rib of the composite anchorage device does not have a notch effect in the anchoring process, so that the anchoring efficiency is high; the axial acting force of the clamping pieces is large, and anchoring efficiency is improved.
